Admark sizzles at Pride in Print Awards

The Admark team is celebrating success after adding six gold medals to their collection at the 25th Anniversary Pride in Print Awards. These latest six medals bring their Pride in Print Gold medal total to 43, with 39 Highly Commended Awards to back them up.

Laurie Pilling, Admark’s Managing Director, said “a brilliant evening was made even more brilliant when my team was recognised amongst our peers for printing excellence. Every year, the judges tell us the quality of the entries gets better and better, so this reconfirms to me that I have a wonderful team who consistently go above and beyond to provide our clients with technically excellent, award-winning work every day, and that makes me, as the owner of the company, very proud.”

The six gold medals were awarded as follows: Burger King backlit signage (x 4), The Bean Machine (BP) vehicle wrap and the Jeremy Clarkson B757-500 aircraft wrap on behalf of Tasman Air Cargo. Along side a Highly Commended award for the Smurfs promotional material for BP.

Admark's success at Pride in Print followed on from an international award from the World Label Awards in March, where an inmould label they printed for Sistema was recognised as one of the best inmould labels in the world.

The awards were held in Auckland last weekend.

Over the weekend, the Gallagher Group also held their Annual Supplier of the Year Awards and Admark was thrilled to receive a plaque recognising their 35 year plus partnership, together with an award for the Best in DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) over the past three years.

Laurie said “this is a huge recognition of the effort our team puts in to consistently ensure Gallagher receives exactly what they want, exactly when they need it. They are a highly prized client and we very much appreciate the opportunity to work with them and develop the relationship we have over such a long period of time.

“We had an incredible weekend when it comes to awards,” he continued.

“And although they’re not what we’re all about here, entering awards does allow us to benchmark ourselves against our peers, and our consistent national and international success demonstrates the work we do for our clients is really something of which we can all be very proud.”
