Feisst Group prioritises collaboration and core values as it grows

Feisst Group has forged an impressive growth path in recent years. The group’s footprint has expanded with the acquisition of multiple new businesses, and it has emerged as a market leader due to its diversity in the building services arena.

Covering air-conditioning, electrical, fire, security, high voltage, information technology and audio visual, Feisst Group incorporates some well-known brands, including Eastside Refrigeration, which boasts a legacy spanning 50 years.

However, it’s Feisst Group’s commitment to nurturing long-term, successful partnerships that sets it apart.

The family of specialised businesses that make up Feisst Group deliver people-focused solutions to commercial, government and residential customers throughout the North Island.

Feisst Group Managing Director Marcus Feisst highlights the significance of their values-centric approach, emphasising that their success often stems from genuine, relationship-building conversations.

“We have a values-first strategy which has paved the way for strong partnerships.”

Marcus highlights the importance of being bold and seizing opportunities as they come, likening it to “jumping out of a plane and hoping the parachute opens”.

In 2023, Feisst Group centralised their Hamilton based businesses to a single site.

Their new premises brings together their brands under one roof and are decked out with wall murals which serve as a daily reminder of the company’s core values.

With projects spanning the North Island, from Palmerston North to Auckland, New Plymouth to Tauranga, the Waikato region serves as an ideal operational hub.

Noteworthy projects in Hamilton include the group’s contribution to the University of Waikato’s newest addition, The Pā, and the ongoing development of the Waikato Regional Theatre.

The group is currently working to optimise its efficiency and productivity by consolidating information processes and refining the way it operates.

Looking ahead, Feisst Group plans to leverage its recent growth to drive collective success. Through talent development and partnership building, Feisst Group aims to build a lasting legacy within the Waikato and beyond.
